This is Andy during preseason last year.  I'm fairly sure this was record at my first practice with Alfred State.  Andy didn't stick with shot put but ended up taking second at NJCAA nationals in the hammer throw.  

I did a breakdown of his power throw and glide, in this post I'm just going to cover the power throw pictures.  

I've come a long way since these were done so if I disagree with anything I said I'll put notes after the picture.

Elbow is fine, he's holding the shot wrong.  Needs to bring his fingers together.
