New Website

...means more effort

Now that I'm actually paying for this to be on the web I want to take it more serious.  For the 2-3 people who have read my previous posts, thanks for the support but I'm going to revise and re-release the material.  It will say pretty much the same thing but it will be shorter and more detailed.  Here's my plans for what I plan to do with my new blog.

  • Redo my old posts
    • Make them shorter
    • Easier to read
    • Less filler and straight the point
  • Post technique critiques
    • Do quick rewrite ups on my past and present athletes and on videos that are posted on Mac Throw Video
      • Explain how to fix things
        • Try and focus on common issues
  • Write rants about the current state of Track and more specifically throwing
    • I love ranting and I get really passionate when I do
      • Best is example is I plan on talking about how I hate 4 throw/no finals meets
  • Share my work outs
    • Explain why I do what I do
      • Hopefully get feedback to make them better
  • Share random thoughts
    • On stuff like confidence, battle toughness, and maturity.
      • Stuff that isn't normally coached but should
  • Posting at least 1-2 times a week
    • I'd like to do a topic and a technique breakdown weekly
      • This will be the format after I get all my old stuff reposted
Let me know what you want to see here and I'll be happy to include it.
